Tom has decades of experience in sales, marketing, executive coaching, sales management, and business planning.  As a Business Development Advisor for Violand Management, Tom serves his clients by providing high-level coaching and hands-on training.  Tom specializes in finding creative ways to achieve highly profitable growth through designed marketing campaigns and proven sales and business strategies. Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Denison University and a master’s degree in operations and finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Tim is a leading expert on operations and organizational development in the restoration and cleaning industries. Tim has served as a general manager and a national disaster-response manager for two well-respected, high performing restoration companies. Tim is currently Director of Operations and a Business Development Advisor for Violand Management, working one-on-one with owners, managers, and key employees of restoration companies throughout North America. Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Montana State University.

Scott is recognized as the leading authority in human resources, organizational development, and organizational leadership in the restoration and cleaning industries. As a Business Development Advisor for Violand Management, he consults with numerous businesses and professionals to help them achieve maximum growth. Scott is also a facilitator, business trainer, and adjunct professor for Kent State University. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in human resource management and his master’s degree in organizational leadership, both from Geneva College.

Chuck founded Violand Management Associates in 1987 with the objective of helping owners of restoration and cleaning companies build profitable businesses for their long-term professional and personal success. As an author and popular keynote speaker, Chuck is a respected authority on entrepreneurial small businesses, having spent over thirty years as both a business consultant and executive coach. Chuck is a regular contributor to trade journals and newsletters, and is the author of the popular weekly leadership series Monday Morning Notes.

Patty is an expert in adult learning and behavior change, having worked 25 years for Fortune 500 companies as a global HR executive in the areas of learning and development, executive coaching, organizational leadership, and organizational development. Now, as Managing Partner, Chief Coach & Consultant of Infinite Purpose, Patty is a facilitator and trainer, an ICF-certified business coach, and a Six Sigma Black Belt. Patty earned her bachelor’s degree in English/communications from Youngstown State University.

Dr. Kim is an educator, speaker, and consultant who has been published in over 20 academic journals and worked with over 50 small- to mid-sized institutions including higher education, financial services, and non-profit organizations. Before becoming a business professor at Walsh University, he served as VP of Information Security for s $5B financial services organization. Dr. Kim has also authored two books, including Zebras & Ostriches: 5 Simple Rules to Engage and Retain Your Best People.

 

Dr. Phillip Kim

Tim has had a long career as a communications and training professional. He put his BS in communications and MS in education, both from Miami University (Ohio), to good use in positions that included managing public relations for a global manufacturer. As founder and Chief Word Guy at WordKraft, he provides clients with instructional design services, creating both instructor-led and online courses. He also serves as a consultant and facilitator, leading programs on leadership and communication skills.

Steve spent over 20 years in the cleaning industry as the owner of janitorial, carpet cleaning, and restoration firms. His cleaning and restoration company gained national recognition for its high per-capita profits in a very small market base. In 1991, at the age of 38, Steve sold his company and spent the next 13 years in the Dominican Republic with his family working as full-time, unpaid volunteers. He is currently Director of Training for Jon-Don’s Strategies for Success.
